Audition Information

We do auditions differently that most theaters. All of the shows in our season are cast in one weekend. It’s unconventional but it works for us and has proven to be pretty convenient for our actors and directors.

Directors are assigned a time slot to hear people read on a Saturday. Actors can choose to read for any plays that interest them. Call backs on Sunday follow the same pattern – each director has a call-back slot, and by the end of the weekend, most of our plays have been cast and Keizer Homegrown Theatre has a Season Company

Lovecrafted Auditions: June 15th, 2024 – 1pm – 3pm

Keizer Homegrown Theatre exists to explore what it means to be human. To that end, we value and celebrate all humanity. Caden: an elementary school history teacher helping Logan maintain historical accuracy in the play.
